With over 25 years’ IP experience, Ilaria has acquired consolidated expertise in the best filing and prosecution strategies of trademark applications before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), but also when working with other national patent offices, with the support of local agents.
In the field of Trademarks, Ilaria deals especially with official actions, oppositions, cancellation actions, and transcriptions before the competent offices, but also with out-of-court negotiations of coexistence agreements. In the area of Designs, she provides pre-filing advice, oversees the filing procedure (with UIBM, EUIPO and WIPO), and manages reliefs and official actions.
Ilaria is a member of AIPPI (Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle).
