She graduated with honors in Law (University of Milan) with a thesis on Industrial Law.
She began dealing with Intellectual Property in 2001 in a historic firm in Milan and has gained significant experience in all aspects of trademark and industrial design management.
Among her many activities, she manages trademark and design portfolios of major companies operating in various fields, providing advice on Intellectual Property issues.
Roberta deals in particular with drafting trademark registrability and infringement opinions, conducting prior art searches and analysis of trademark portfolios, defining filing and extension strategies abroad, managing trademark prosecution activities as well as opposition and invalidity proceedings in Italy and abroad.
She assists clients in negotiations, settlement of coexistence agreements and out-of-court litigation.
Over the years, she has assisted, nationally and internationally, companies operating in numerous fields, such as food & beverage, communication and media, pharmaceutical, electronics and fashion.
In 2019-2020, she participated in the EUIPO Trademark and Design Education Program course that ended in June 2020.
She is a member of MARQUES and INTA (International Trademark Association).
